104 Nights in a Year

104 Nights the Underground Sound!

Basically this blog is all about those off you who live for nothing more then the best beats of dnb, dubstep, future beat as well as the rest of the dance spectrum. We really would like if you guys would subscribe or become followers, as well as leave comments in order for us to know that people are both looking at and hopefully enjoying the blog. The concept in the name of the blog is beacause personally we only really live roughly 104 night in a year in ourselves and those are the 52 fridays and 52 saturdays in each year, where we can drink up dance and listen to all our favourite chunes on speaker rigs way beyond what we could have in our houses. Big Up! and enjoy the beats...

We Came, We Saw, We Conquered!!

So the second Heavy Innit for the year has been and gone, and my god was it worth the wait. Starting the night with two and half hours of locals the night really didn't get kicking till about 12.30 when the first international act and arguably the most famous (with only Pinch really in contention for this) took the stage. As soon as Foreign Beggars took the stage electricity was in the air, as they started that set with some of their more chill Hip Hop driven tracks. However the chill vibe didn't last long as the room became more packed with punters and the tracks been played started to pack more of a punch. Before long the room was in full moshpit mode with both crowd members and the Foreign Beggars themselves crowd surfing to some of the biggest tracks. When the hour the group has been booked to play was up there was both a look of complete admiration and slight disapointment on the crowds face's, as the realisation that the set was both over as well as the fact that arguably their biggest track to date "Contact" had not been played. However never one's to disapoint the Foreign Beggars essentially called their own encore, belting out contact as the crowd jumped up and down as though they were at a "House of Pain" gig. Somehow the group managed to extend this one song encore into another half an hour mash up set in which they went completely of course playing the likes of Sub Focus' Daft Punk dedication "Rock It", Noisia's heavyweight "Deception" and ever classic Doctor P banger "Sweet Shop". By the end of the set the crowd was both sweaty and sore after the mayhem of what was one of the most amazing live acts they'd ever seen. From that point on the night was a mix mash of all corners of the Dubstep world as we were treated to Noah D's american take on Dub, as well as Dubstep God Pinch's percussion driven deepness and finally with newcomer Trolley Snatcha's Datsik inspired mayhem. All in all the night was a great success with highlights of the night been the entirety of the Foreign Beggar's set, Pinch pulling out a heap of unreleased plates, Noah D seerious and Trolley Snatcha banging out "R U Ready" complete with a rewind. Big Up! Heavy Innit for this party and a great night. For anyone wanting more Dubstep over the coming month's keep an eye out for these events;
